Ben> What version of make are you running?
3.79.1
Btw I'm using 3.80. I don't know how old 3.79.1 is but things shouldn't be
breaking. FWIW I just did a make and it should look like this:
/xemacs/package-src 361% make
[ -d xemacs-packages ] && make - --unix -C xemacs-packages autoloads
make[1]: Entering directory `/xemacs/package-src/xemacs-packages'
../iterate.rules:75: xwem/pdepends.mk: No such file or directory
make - --unix -w -C xwem TARGET_BASE=./ \
pdepends.mk
make[2]: Entering directory `/xemacs/package-src/xemacs-packages/xwem'
rm -f pdepends.mk
Creating pdepends.mk
make[2]: Leaving directory `/xemacs/package-src/xemacs-packages/xwem'
make - --unix -w -C riece TARGET_BASE=./ \
pdepends.mk
make[2]: Entering directory `/xemacs/package-src/xemacs-packages/riece'
rm -f pdepends.mk
Creating pdepends.mk
make[2]: Leaving directory `/xemacs/package-src/xemacs-packages/riece'
make - --unix -w -C xemacs-devel TARGET_BASE=./ \
pdepends.mk
make[2]: Entering directory
`/xemacs/package-src/xemacs-packages/xemacs-devel'
rm -f pdepends.mk
Creating pdepends.mk
So something went wrong here:
make: getcwd: : No such file or directory
And it looks seriously wrong.
Try running `make -d' to see where things are failing.
