More on building 21.0 "Norwegian" on DU4.0D

The fix to config.sub allows 21.0 to build on DU4.0D. Please make sure this fix makes it into the next release! The build from scratch also fixed the problems I was having with the package-get.el and package-ui.el. I can now list packages. The visual update package is a great improvement, Darryl! I can't update packages, though, as I get an md5 checksum mis-match on eudc, the first package it tries to load. Validating checksum for `eudc'... Package eudc-1.21-pkg.tar.gz does not match md5 checksum I also see that there are two copies of most everything and they have different lengths with the same version. Do the checksums in package-get-base match /pub/xemacs/packages or /pub/xemacs/beta/xemacs-21.0/packages/binary-packages?
