efs loops infinitely
efs package version: 1.29
ftp client: ftp-0.17-6 from the distribution
efs is set up to work through gateway (`efs-gateway-host' is set). It
may loop infinitely when trying to visit (through RET in dired buffer)
a remote file. The file gets downloaded infinite number of times, and
never gets visited.
