Doumentation fix request (semi-sorta-urgent)

I just got a 'bug-report' complaining that regexp-opt generates incorrect regexps. Well, asside from the fact that I'm not sure regexp-opt should generate shy groups by default, I do notice that there is no mention of the shy groups functions or the minimal matching operators in the info files. Now, since I've been poking around through the regexp code I have a good idea of what they are, but would like to ask someone who can come up with good reasons for their existance to write 'em up.
