Here's the difference in output between 21.1 (which isn't broken) and
21.2 which is:
$ dec-latin1-21.1/src/xemacs -batch -vanilla \

nil
$ dec-latin1/src/xemacs -batch -vanilla \
-eval '(princ (featurep (quote mule)))'
nil
$
What is the reason for the leading linefeed in the output of 21.2?
