I can't replicate (Mac OS X under X), so I think you should send us a
backtrace (no core dump, please! just the trace :-).
in the past, i used to have core fils all around my disk, then came
ulimit, and now
% ulimit -c 3000000
bash: ulimit: core file size: cannot modify limit: Operation not permitted
%
please, can someone come up with a recipe to enable core dumps on
linux debian unstable?
