Can something be done about those "already loaded!" errors? Every
single one gets me a backtrace whenever I do a package update. It
seems kind of silly.
Also it can be very disconcerting to the novice; I had to explain that
this 'error' was ignorable the other day, and that XEmacs hadn't
crashed. The package download continues unabated but only outputs
status in the minibuffer, whereas a huge half-frame window contained
what appeared to this newbie to be XEmacs's own version of the BSOD.
And may the gods have mercy on you if you've got debug on error turned
on.
