It will take a couple of weeks to get on top of $DAYJOB, GSoC, and DMARC, and to fix up the release docs. It's not that much work, but due to Tux connectivity issues it requires several hours of babysitting for uploads. I'd be a lot more proactive about releases if there were more patches aimed at stuff that hurts typical users rather than Common Lisp improvements and the like, especially more GNU syncs.
