Remember, though, that some individual files inside packages have
maintainers of their own (hi Martin!). I started collecting a list
quite a long time ago, but it's not finished. I'll look into it.
Looked, grepped (mule|xemacs)-packages/*/Makefile and browsed
CVSROOT/avail and CVSROOT/ChangeLog, results attached. Please send me
corrections if I've forgotten/missed someone (sorry!) or if other bugs
or outdated info crept in.
I'm planning to commit this into packages/MAINTAINERS tomorrow.
