If somebody is willing to volunteer to be maintainer of the XEmacs
package and commit to porting it (as necessary) and tracking bugs etc,
I have no objection to adding it.
Dear all CC'ed people: Would you be willing to help fix bugs and help
maintain color-theme.el to help make sure it works perfectly on
XEmacs?
