before-change-functions is not buffer local!
Hi *,
I just noticed that the variable `before-change-functions' is not
buffer-local. However, `after-change-functions' is buffer-local. Does
that make sense?
XEmacs 21.4 (patch 8) "Honest Recruiter" [Lucid] (i686-pc-linux)
I couldn't find anything in the ChangeLog for 21.4.9, so I assume the
bug is still there.
