Done. I've also added subrepositories to ensure the generation of the
Texinfo-derived HTML packages is up to date, fixed the Makefiles
accordingly, and replaced a whole bunch of references to CVS by
Bitbucket/Mercurial. Tux is rebuilding the site right now.
