Remember that the build fails due to the broken!? termcap support. ;-)
I believe it's the last. We only build without TTY support if
you
supply the --without-tty option. I find it hard to imagine a system
that has *zero* TTY support. That's why I suggest a warning.
Interesting. I think I will test --without-tty on my virtual Ubuntu
and see what happens.
