Latest Speedbar-0.13 doesn't show images
Hi Steve
The latest imported speedbar package 0.13 doesn't show any images when requested.
I think this is because the package system installs the xpm files under the etc directory
but sb-image.el is searching for them in the load-path.
Putting them under the lisp/speedbar directory fixes.
