That's up to you. If you want to commit in unfinished state, you can
go ahead. Or not. My personal opinion is that we should encourage
more use of "personal" branches and check-in early in the development
process.
If you don't have commit privileges yet, I can do the commit for you
while we're processing the admin work.
While I'm at it, I think I'll check in a copy of the regular ./debian stuff.
