The script will only touch files that matches a GPLv2 or later license text so all the files that has been resolved to be GPLv2 or later but don't have that license can be edited and moved now. Unfortunately I have not created a list of these files so the input to this would be Jerrys GPLv3 page and postings to the mail-list. Maybe Stephens elisp-based conversion script has some input to this as well. Investigate! I had the ambition to check in the result of the script this week but I'm running out of time. On Thursday morning I'm going on a trip with the company lasting over the weekend. Back on Monday again. This means I can't coordinate anything until next week.
