This hasn't been finished yet. In short, no. The explicit
dependencies that exist now are for bytecompilation not running.
(If not, how can I tell, short of installing all of the packages or
asking you people, where a particular function is defined? Is there a
tags file or anything like that for the packages?)
Good question. Some kind of a global symbol table can be made when
packages are built because building from the master source tree always
has everything present.
