Well yes, until it comes to dynamic sizing. When you drag a side or a corner
of NTEmacs window, it completely erases the frame before displaying it.
So, in this case you have to stop dragging to see if you got what you
wanted (for example, all lines got unwrapped), becuase it is impossible
to see the contents of the frame while dragging due to flicker. XEmacs
does this completely smooth.
I speak about 19.34, I haven't installed any later FSFmacsen.
