Uh? According to viewcvs [1], it is removed, ie. in Attic as it should
be (click the show contents link). Also, my cvs doesn't create it if I
do "cvs co packages/xemacs-packages/psgml" or "cvs update -dP" in
psgml/. Maybe it goes away if you just "rm -r cdtd" and then use cvs as
usual.
Anyone else see this?
i believe those directories are not relevant anymore as they have
been
moved to psgml-dtds, they should probably be removed
