Yes, I'm using an MS mouse (with stock W2k mouse driver)
I don't know the priority of this bug but if it's feasible, I could
try to have a look. I'll need some guidance as where to look since
I've never looked at the internals of xemacs and not really used the
cygwin development tools (but do have lots of experience with c/c++
app development on windows :-). Let me know what you think....
