I've replicated this in 21.4.6. I agree it's strange, I don't know
what else to say at this point. I wonder if this is new---he didn't
say what version he's using. Any confirmation from 21.1 users?
I needed to do C-SPC and move cursor in one frame (zmacs-regions is t
throughout), switch to the other frame (with pure mouse movement, my
window manager does an auto-raise), then move the cursor there. This
deactivates the region in the first buffer and activates it in the
second. focus-follows-mouse is nil.
