New windows setup kits
Dear XEmacs-beta,
I have uploaded 4 new native windows setup kits:

http://ftp.xemacs.org/windows/testing/XEmacs_Setup_21.5-2011-11-28.exe
The new 21.4.22 kit incorporates new versions of libpng (1.2.46), zlib
(1.2.5), jpeg-8c and tiff-3.9.5.
Please try these out and let me know whether or not they work for you.
I built them on XP and cursorily tried the kits out on XP and W7.
