Yep, missed that part, sorry. FWIW, I haven't tested with 21.4 in a while due
to the problems documented in the new-vc README.txt.
But even after deleting this file, the symptoms did not change...
Maybe you could send me some patch to find out more of the cvs behaviour
... ?
No patch available at least yet, but could you check what vc-* options you
have set in ~/.xemacs/custom.el and ~/.xemacs/init.el, and if there are some
things, see if changing them has any effect? The only vc related settings I
have are:
init.el:
(require 'vc-hooks)
(add-hook 'diff-mode-hook 'turn-on-font-lock)
custom.el:
'(vc-follow-symlinks t)
'(vc-stay-local nil)
My cvs is:
Concurrent Versions System (CVS) 1.11.22 (client/server)
