Yep.
If you can't run 'ver' at runtime, then report it's
output as "Build
OS" in the message. It should be possible to get '%OS%' at runtime
and report that as "Runtime OS".
Doesn't '%OS%' just contain 'Windows_NT' for NT and 2K, and nothing
for
9x series (don't know about XP)? That wouldn't be too useful.
Listing both the build and runtime OS's sounds like a good idea to me.
