I would expect that on Linux and free BSDs. I guess you probably

some level of support for Solaris and Mac OS X I know is mostly
working.
Not enough to have ever gotten a complete build report on either.
Solaris has turned out to be a huge PITA for us. None of the active
developers use it, and the couple of people who've reported problems
with Solaris either don't have the time or the knowledge to help us
fix it.
And you are the only one I know who has tried to build on Mac
OS/X.:-)

None that I can think of. And especially none where I wouldn't expect
Perl to be part of a default install.
