Problems with etags in 21.2.14
When I try to find a tag in 21.2.14, I get a "... not a valid tags
file" message. The problem does not occur in 21.0.67, with the same
tags-table-alist entries. In 0.67 I am asked if I want to build a
completion table. I don't get that far (understandably, I suppose) in
2.14.
