XEmacs 21.4.6 Windows InstallShield installer available

There is an InstallShield installer version of XEmacs 21.4.6 (windows) available at: ftp://ftp.xemacs.org/pub/xemacs/binaries/win32/installshield/xemacs-21.4.6 .exe The only difference between this and the "netinstaller" version is the installation method. This version uses the "standard" InstallShield installer, and contains the entire installation in one file. For traditional windows users, this version presents a familiar installation interface. Experienced XEmacs users might be happier with the netinstaller, where the user can choose which various packages to download. Note, the InstallShield version does not contain Cygwin binaries. Users wanting the Cygwin binaries should use the netinstaller. "Common Lisp" is the seventh in the OXYMORON series. XEmacs 21.4.6 "Common Lisp (Windows)" is the second in a series of MS-Windows focused releases of XEmacs. The intent of this release series is to provide source and binary distributions of the XEmacs 21.4.x series with any additional fixes or enhancements necessary to provide a pleasurable editing experience on the MS-Windows platform.
