In Gnu, reading the message I'm replying to.
Cursor after the `"' and before the `J' in the attribution string,
returns `None' in the echo area. The *Text Properties* buffer
contains bogus information from a previous use.
Cursor before the `F' in the From header, returns
Text properties at 1:
start-open t
article-type headers
dummy-invisible t
face gnus-header-name-face
message-rank 1
in the *Text Properties* buffer, which pops up.
I suspect there is an extent/overlay vs. text-property issue here.
XEmacs is probably doing the right thing.
For reference, here's the text I'm looking at (minus Adrian's XFace
and the text property information, of course). It's just a cut &
paste, so may get munged.
