Cancel that for the moment. The ones on the website do have
hyperlinks! How where they done? Is there a version of texinfo that
produce the right specials?
Cancel the cancel. The texinfo files load our outdated version of
texinfo.tex. After deleting the \input ../texinfo line pdftexinfo
produces nice pdf's. Scalable and with hyperlinks.
