I would say to wait for at _least_ one hour for posts to appear. Tux
serves a lot of mailing lists, and it can take quite a while to
process the mailman queues.
I don't know what happened to the original bug report I sent, it's been
like 15 hours since I sent it, and it still hasn't appeared. Whereas
the repost came through in about 25 minutes.
