Although I have tried this under the native build on windows-nt in
(emacs-version)
"XEmacs 21.0 \"Pyrenean-pre6\" [Lucid] (i386-pc-win32) of Wed Nov 11
1998 on DARTER2"
I suspect this exists on UNIX as well:
All my builds are performed under d:\export\home\tmp\xemacs-20.
The XEmacs I run was installed in the default location of
c:\Program Files\XEmacs\
via nt\xemacs.mk
To reproduce you can do the following:
"c:\program files\xemacs\xemacs-21.0\i386-pc-win32\xemacs.exe" -q \
-no-site-file
M-x hyper-apropos RET package-get RET
NOW,
M-x find-function
or
M-x hyper-apropos-find-function
will only find functions which are marked a (a = autoloaded).
See what happens for functions which are not, like `package-get-key':
The library "d:\export\home\tmp\xemacs-20\lisp\packages" is not in the
path.
Any suggestions?
Regards,
Adrian
