Nobody is going to shoot for it if that is what you mean. However, by
its very nature the test-harness is likely to be populated largely which
cases that were fixed between 21.1 and 21.2
So you might want to lock me up, 'cause I just did it.
The test of lisp-tests.el hangs.
I think Martin did a lot of fixes to the lisp functions checking for
infinite loops (mainly to be able to eliminate a lot QUIT checking).
