It is already doing that. However if ange-ftp/efs gets loaded after
that EFS complains it is not a valid EFS remote file name.
I see. EFS shouldn't do that. I'll have a look and come up with a
patch to efs-fnh.el to keep it from stepping on rssh.el's toes,
assuming that the file name syntaxes really are mutually exclusive.
I have never used rssh.el, so I'll need to check this out first.
