Isn't the entire dump already in one file? Or do you by one file mean
"xemacs executable only"?
I mean xemacs + xemacs.dmp in one file.
Personally I still prefer Kyle's original proposal of "dumping" C
code and linking against it as part of the XEmacs build process (which
would be *really* portable), but I could live with the current pdump
architecture as well.
I, too, liked Kyle's proposal - I had forgotten it until you mentioned
it just now.
