Mouse cursor switched in customize buffer
This in on Cygwin_95, b42, no X11
The mouse cursors are switched in the customize buffer. I was in teh
Faces customize option in this case. The cursor is an Ibeam over
selectable items and the up-left arrow everyplace else.
