I am not a subscriber to this list, but I just compiled XEmacs 21.5.20
and I can't seem to list packages. I didn't see that mentioned in the
list archives, so I thought I would let you know. I hope it's a real
bug and not something stupid that I've done. When I do
1) Tools -> Packages -> Add Download Site -> choose site
2) Tools -> Packages -> List and Install
I just get
Can't check signature: Public key 82EDF2C1D1DD84CD not found

in the minibuffer. No packages are listed.
Okay, back to 21.4 with me! :)
