Default frame size

Check that the bold font is also set correctly to "Bitstream Vera Sans
Mono-10:bold". If so, presumably that means that bold don't have the
same metrics as medium does.
There's another thing to check, which is that the fonts in use should
have the same dpi settings. I found that when using -vanilla, I get a
dpi that's way too small. This may be a bug in XEmacs, but I don't
have time to track it down.
