I just tried it cvs -z9 -d :pserver:xemacs＠cvs.xemacs.org:/usr/CVSroot checkout xemacs-pcl-cvs I got the source OK, but I don't know what to do with it: make -n Makefile:36: ../../XEmacs.rules: No such file or directory make: *** No rule to make target `../../XEmacs.rules'. Stop. Obviously, this only works if you have more of the source tree. Any suggestions?
