I tried Andrew Choi's patch and couldn't get it to work. I tried the
Mercurial repo and got configure error at checking for specified
window system. I did install Xcode with SDK for 10.4, 10.5 and 10.6
on Snow Leopard. My Mac windowing experience is mostly limited to QT
and know very little about carbon.
