"dh_installman" looks for man pages with names formed like
"xemacs.ja.1" to find non-english man pages so it can install them in
the right location; eg: /usr/share/man/ja/man1.
Isn't that a pretty standard naming convention? Shouldn't that man
page be renamed? (perhaps copy the ,v in CVS to the new name, then
cvs remove the old one to preserve history)
