Possible to install both 21.1.13 and 21.2.<latest> at same time?

I'm presently using 21.1.13 on my NT box and my Win2k box. Is there any risk in installing the latest beta? That is, will installing the latest beta (in a different directory, of course) cause any problems with being able to run 21.1.13? Similarly, will the presence of 21.1.13 cause any problems with the latest beta? Can I use the same .emacs file and some local packages in both versions? I suppose it's likely I'll have to put some conditionals into my ".emacs" file. -- =================================================================== David M.
