I should also have said -- Windows 7 Pro 64-bit, same as last
successful build.
I've had the same problem on a 32-bit Vista machine. (Must confess I
bailed out after some initial error checking and installed a Virtual
Machine with guest OS linux for my XEmacs needs...)
