Either way is fine at this point, but if you do a complete diff,
please be sure to identify the obsoleted patch. If the previous patch
had been merged, a diff between the first patch and the next one would
have been preferable.
Do I get a 'Yes, patch is ok and merged' when I have
submitted a
patch to xemacs-patches (or submitted it to xemacs-reviewer)?
1/2 Yes. You'll get a "patch is merged, thanks" message when I apply
the patch. You won't receive a further message unless something went
badly wrong.
