Doesn't XEmacs run on more platforms than Unix/X11? Would that mean
XEmacs/Qt compiled for Win32/Mac would be illegal?
The troll.no website says that the "Qt Free Edition" is licenced under
both the QPL and GPL. In which case, there's nothing stopping anyone
from porting it to Windows.
