FAQ updated on the web site

Interested parties will be able to see that the XEmacs FAQ has now been updated on the web site. While the XEmacs FAQ is still woefully in need of change, what minor changes I have made are now available. Changes visible: * Content changes previously found in the CVS sources * the index.html is now index.convert, placing that page under genpage and giving it the "site look". * the Postscript versions of the FAQ have been removed. I'll probably put them back later (I don't feel like tangling with LaTeX tonight) * the many-part text version has been removed. I don't see much use for it. Priority now returns to updating the content since I have my update scheme worked out. -sew
