No, the package-specific part of the source tree that can't be readily
autogenerated from the final package.
I don't have a problem with doing that, except that it's stupid since
it doesn't allow the user to do anything interesting except generate
Make errors, and that the GPL doesn't require doing it. What the GPL
requires is that the Program be rebuildable, not the distribution
medium.
