That's why I have moved my cygwin ftp.exe out of the way and use
C:\WinNT\system32\ftp.exe instead.
That problem has been fixed in 21.5 which is what I was using. It now uses
"/" as a path delimiter in FTP commands regardless of the setting of
directory-sep-char.
