[PATCH 21.4] eldap.h needs #define LDAP_DEPRECATED 1

Hi Vin, Hans de Graaff tells me on IRC that we need the above #define on 21.4, otherwise compilation on 64-bit architectures won’t work. There should be an appropriate patch available here: http://sources.gentoo.org/cgi-bin/viewvc.cgi/gentoo-x86/app-editors/xemac... as xemacs-21.4.22-deprecated-ldap.patch , or as the first patch here: http://pastebin.com/P6ZxbMXn if that’s not yet available. Hans himself can’t send email to our lists, which is regrettable.
