New GPG Key

Happy new year to all of you! I sorrily forgot the passphrase of my old GPG key ... I shouldn't have changed it, should I? Therefore, I've created a new key which I have uploaded to a key server (it may take some time to spread). I've attached the ascii export to this message. pub 1024D/C3910FB7 2012-01-04 uid Norbert Koch (XEmacs Package-Release Manager - 2012) <viteno(a)xemacs.org&gt; In the future, I'll sign the package-index with this new key. I've also updated the key on tux. Sorry for the mess! I'll try to get hold of all the package changes in the coming days.
