Are patches then copied here or installed directly into CVS.
The patches are not copied here. The approved ones are installed into
CVS sooner or later (I don't know about "directly").
Or is this just one other list one needs to subscribe too if one
wants to see all?
You could say so.
P.S. Will the new board now CC all patches to whoever is in the
Maintainer: field of the .el file or are we ourselves responsible
for that?
It might be a good idea for the patch submitter to place such Cc.
